[The Jungle] Baby Duck the Chopper

Baby Duck

Baby Duck is a man with a fat body, who wears showy biker wear (after a fashion.) He dresses like this:

and talks like this:

He has a weathered face with stubble covering his whole head, about the same length everywhere, and calculating eyes.

He holds together under pressure, and discipline is his strong suit. He's not great with people, but he's good enough at knowing what they're up to. He's tuned to maelstrom about as well as anybody who's not tuned to it particularly well.

Cool+1 Hard+2 Hot-1 Sharp+1 Weird=0

The Ducklings:
Baby's Ducklings are well armed and armored, but if they have any significant trouble, they report back to The Nest. It's been a while since they checked in, though. Mother Duck sent them out to look for technology. Some of the squad thought that Adnan's setup would have been worth a report, but Baby overruled them. It's unclear whether he actually thinks it's irrelevant or just doesn't want Mother to know about it.

3-harm gang small (15 members) savage 2-armor, vulnerable: obligation.

Gear:
Baby Duck's rainsuit is 1-armor. He carries an smg (2-harm close area loud) for combat, and a machete (3-harm hand messy) for hacking through the jungle.

The gang came in from across the water on jetskis (could change this if we don't see water being a big part of the campaign. It was a characteristic of the original character, but I think his squad could work fine on bikes.) They're tight and sleek, but have problems with bucking when the waves kick up.

The Nest:
The Nest is a hardened pre-apocalypse military facility. It's expansive, and could even have a stasis facility if we need one. Mother Duck is a harassing old hitch who runs the place. Drake was the first squad leader, sent out to look for technology under basically the same circumstances as Baby. He was never heard from after he left. Mallard is the quartermaster and chief of base security. He makes sure the guns are either locked up tight or in the right hands. Gander is in charge of research. His pet project is Project Barnum. Barnum was a mad old fucker who ruled a chain of small islands by putting wheels on his canoes. Mother felt he was a "destabilizing influence" and had him liquidated, but Gander's been obsessed with building an amphibious assault vehicle since then.
